Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day cooling-off

As a distance-sold service, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

• If coaching has not started, you receive a full refund.
• If you asked us to start within this period (e.g. we've begun your consultation or prepared your plan), you may still cancel within the 14 days. We keep a fixed £75 to cover your consultation and personalised plan, which are prepared in full upfront, and refund everything else.

Example: an upfront client paying £1,000 who cancels on day 7 after we've started → £75 kept, £925 refunded.

Monthly plan

The monthly plan is rolling, month to month, with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice. Your current month is charged in full and is not refunded; coaching continues to the end of that paid month. Already-paid periods are not refunded.

Upfront (6-month) payments

Upfront payments cover the full 6-month programme, paid in advance, and are non-refundable once coaching has begun, other than your statutory cooling-off right above. If you stop before the end, no refund is given for the remaining time. Unused time may be paused or transferred at Param's discretion.

Hardship

In cases of genuine hardship (injury, illness, redundancy), we may pause or transfer your coaching at Param's discretion.
