These terms govern coaching provided by Param Hirani trading as ParHFitness ("ParHFitness"). By signing your coaching agreement and using the app, you accept these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and confirm you are medically fit to exercise. ParHFitness is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

The service

We provide personalised fitness coaching: training and vegetarian nutrition plans, weekly check-in reviews, and communication through the app, according to the package you select.

Packages, payment and term

• Packages and prices are as shown in the app and confirmed in your coaching agreement.
• Payment is taken via Stripe, either monthly or as an upfront block.
• Coaching includes a minimum initial term of 6 months. After the minimum term, monthly coaching continues on a rolling basis until cancelled.
• To cancel rolling monthly coaching after the minimum term, give 30 days' written notice by email; your final monthly payment covers your last month of coaching.
• Monthly payments renew automatically until you cancel in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

Follow your plan to the best of your ability, submit honest check-ins, and tell us promptly about injuries, health changes, or concerns.

Health disclaimer

Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, and stop if you feel unwell. You take part at your own risk. Results depend on individual effort and consistency and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Plans, resources and materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the programme, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

We may suspend or end coaching for non-payment or breach of these terms or the Code of Conduct. Your data rights (see Privacy Policy) continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
